    Is it possible to have a movie (of anykind) playing in the background (or bottom layer) and place other sprites on top of it ? If so How

    Turning off the direct to stage property (DTS) of a video member allows
    other sprites to appear above it, the processor power required to make
    sprite ink/layering calculations usually causes some to many dropped
    video frames.
