    Default moving ColdFusion

I am new to ColdFusion and I don't have much info so any help will be greatly
    appreciated.

I have an old box that is running Win2000 with CF on it. I need to move all of
the apps off of the old box to a new virtual machine running Win2003SE. Is it
possible to move the CF in this situation? If it is, how?
    Thank you.

My suggestion would be to install CF onto the new server and copy/move over the
application files. I just did a roll onto a new Windows 2003 R2 SP1 server
(from a Windows 2003 SP1 server), and it was easier to install the updated
version and the and the updaters than to try and move it.

But after you have the new one installed and configured you can move the
various neo_???.xml files that contain various cf administration
configuration information, such as Data Source Names, Mappings,
    Scheduled Tasks, ect.
