Moving Dial-up settings from one computer to another

    Look for the rasphone.pbk file and copy it over from your old machine to
    your new machine.
    Path would be similar to this:
    Documents and Settings\user\Application
    Data\Microsoft\network\connections\pbk

    That should copy your ras connectoids and settings (phone number) over
    It will not copy over the username and password
