MS Indexing Service (Catalog Properties)
Hi,
I have 2 questions.
Q1 I have a classic ASP app that queries the catalog in
MS Index and returns the Title and an Abstract for the
document/page concerned.
I implemented similar code in .Net and it does not bring
back the property Characterization..it is NULL.
I run my ASP.Net app agains the same catalog as my
classic ASP app.
This is really bugging me and there is not much detail in
relation to MS Index and .NET.
Q2 I also want my users to be able use MS Index to sarch
text in PDF Files.
Is this possible and how?
Any help is much appreciated.
