The short answer is no.
The longer answer is that a lawyer in southern California has filed a suit
against MS claiming violation of consumer protection laws; the lawyer is
asking for class action status for all residents of California in the same
boat (I guess there are multiple Windows users in California :->).
The goal is to get around the end user license where end users get it in
the end. (By the way, I just heard Arnold has declined to be sworn in as
governor -- he found out he'd have to move to Sacramento.)
