MSSQL True/False values
I'm lost at the moment. I have a SQL database that has fields with bit
datatypes. This database originated from an Access database and the bit
datatype are checkboxes. The database is full of data including the use of the
checkboxes.
When setting up a recordset and binding the fields, previewing the live data
give me a return of either true or false in its field. Is there a way of
displaying these values in original state as checkboxes. This database is used
for displaying data on our intranet. The server technology is ASP VBscript.
Thanks

Re: MSSQL True/False values
you could just have an if statment that says:
if value = "true" then
chkbox = "checked"
end if
<input name="chkBox" type="checkbox" id="chkBox1" value="valueHere" <%=
chkbox %>>
So it checks to see if the value is "True", and if it is then it changes the
checkbox to checked which puts the tick in the box.
Hope this helps
