Mulit Lingual ColdFusion Applications

Hi,
Has anyone dealt with Multi Lingual ColdFusion Applications Here?

I've never worked on one, but we want to start working on Multi - Lingual
Applications, and I have no idea where to begin.

What considerations need to be taken from

a) ColdFusion Code
b) ColdFusion Administrator
c) IIS
