Multi-Page PDF out of IllCS?
how can I get a multi page PDF out of IllCS?
Is this possible?
(multiple layer file > multi page PDF)
Seems simple enough!? Maybe even a script! ADOBE Illustrator. ADOBE Acrobat. Why is it so hard?

Re: Multi-Page PDF out of IllCS?
In AI since they don't have multiple page support the way it is don is to make an over size artboard. say you want 4 8.5x11 pages then that would be 17x22 or 22x17 if you wanted bleed you'd have to add that as well. You now go to the print dialog select tile full pages from the Setup tab and the page size in the general tab selecting custom. You have to first select Adobe PDF as your printer in the print dialog.
Now print go back to you document turn on Tiling in the View menu and create you document's art. Then you're ready go back to print and print to Adobe PDF and you will end up with a Multiple Page PDf on the desktop.
