multiple animations - Macromedia Director 3D

Without seeing the file, it's difficult to guess what the problem is. You might try making sure all the layers are shared layers, however. To do this, click on the title bar of each layer and open the Layers panel menu. Select Share this Layer. Default multiple animations

    help!

how do I start mulitple animations from clicking on just one model?

I can't see this feature anywhere and can only get one animation to start from
clicking on a model. Would I need to write some Lingo to achieve this?

I seem to be answering my own questions in this forum, still at least I'm
getting unstuck and learning by yourself is more rewarding.

To add multiple animations you just add more "play animation" actions to the
    model.

the problem I have now is that my scene is running too slow. Does anyone know
of some good tricks to help the scene run better in real-time?
