Multiple page sizes in one document?

Is it possible to set up different pages to have different sizes in the same document? I need to do a brochure that has several pages, each is a little longer than the last, sort of a cascading size effect.

The only way to do that would be to have the entire document oversized and indicate the trim on each page. Lee Pierce

You can do that by creating multiple documents then add all those documents to your book palette.
