    Default MX 7 with Access

    Issue 1:
    Connection verification failed for data source: EEO
    java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][ODBC
    Socket][Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Could not find file
    '(unknown)'.
    The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC
    Driver][ODBC Socket][Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Could not find
    file '(unknown)'.
    Issue 2: when I try to add a new DSN. I get server i/0 error.
    Win 2003 Server with SP 1.
    Latest JRE.
    Not making me happy...

    I really thought it was SP 1, but having rolled back the full service pack, I am still gettiig the server I/o errors.
    I want to bring this server on line in less than a month. Any one have a clue?

    I don't know what reason resulted your issue. If you can't find a way
    to resolve your issue, you can try HXTT Access ([url]www.hxtt.net[/url]), a type 4
    driver for MS Access, which is pure Java and hasn't any ODBC setting or
    OS limitation.

    The two options I have are:
    1. Reinstall the cold fusion server
    2. Install the new jar file with the updated database drivers.

    :evil; This server is a train wreck waiting to happen. The microserfs code
    their servers better. This is like IIS 4.
    Quess I should have waited for the MX 7.1

    What ever this issue was, it seems to have resolved itself. Cause unkown.

    JDBC connectors are pure EVIL..
