mx.controls.UIScrollBar is not visible on IE 6.0.2900

Hi there, I am having a problem when I view a .swf movie that I published for
flash player 7 and have deployed to a web server using IE 6.02. The problem is
that a component (mx.controls.UIScrollBar) that I use to scroll a input text
field does not appear every time that I try to view the .swf file so sometimes
the scrollbar is not visible and users cannot scroll to the bottom of the text
field.

The scrollbar appear all right on Firefox and when I publish the movie for
player 6 it?s also ok on IE. The problem here is that this player 6 does not
support the <IMG> tag and images within the text field do not show : (

Has someone come across a similar situation?
Any ideas?
Any Pointers to other good scrollbar objects?

I have the same problem with ie 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm but not with
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.
Does anyone have an explanation ?

There should be a scrollbar on the left.
