My First Flash Attempt

I have just designed my first piece of flash, a small advertisment for my site

You can see this on my homepage although it is very basic. My homepage
JimwebF1 was my first attempt in Dreamweaver MX 2004 but for my Formula Jimweb
game (will be [url]www.jimwebf1.co.uk/formulajimweb[/url] when online)

I was thinking of creating a flash based design. As I am a novice at Flash
could you please tell me of some sites (not necessarily macromedia's own) that
have very simple instructions on how to create websites in Flash, as I have
found the programs own help function difficult to navigate

Any help would be much appreciate
