My palettes are blank!
Hi,
Few days ago my computer was infected by sasser virus. I've deleted it and installed newest Windows patch. But after that (I think) my Illustrator 10.0.3 (and PSP 7) has blank (with no text) all the palletes, dialogue boxes and startup screen.
I have also InDesign 2.0.2CE and Acrobat 5 and it is OK! I've been using this installation on this machine for about 6 months and it was OK.
I've tried to reinstall IL and PSP but with no success.
Windows 2000 SP4
512 RAM
lot of GB on a 4 HDs
Geforce 440MX with newest driver
a few local ond network printer (HP 2500CP, Minolta 2300DL, Epson 1270,
Don't know what to do...

pallettes are blank...I tried deleting the pref file...but it didn't
help....I tried reinstalling...that didn't help either.
Any other suggestions?
