mysql connection - pls help

im using [url]www.dollarhost.com[/url] myphpadmin program to create tables in
aurorabiomed_com_-_guestbook with tables guestbook and signup. i have the
guestbook.php page in dreamweaver, when i enter parameters for the mysql
connection

connection name
mysql server
username
password
table: _______ select

when i click select it gives me AN UNIDENTIFIED ERROR HAS OCCURRED.

what that does mean? what am i missing?

Hi,
Don't know what you are using for mysql server, try 'localhost'. Also where
you have table:________select, when you click select you should be able to pick
the database on your server, if it does not allow you to do this and you have
created the database in phpmyadmin then it may be that you have username or
password wrong.

One other thing you could try is adding the % to the Access Hosts
