NAV BAR loading
The nav bar seems to have a trickle type effect. Is there anyway to have the
NAV BAR not show in the browser until loaded? Or is there anything that can be
done in DW to speed the loading of the Nav Bar up? Picky

Re: NAV BAR loading
Hi Murray,
The Nav Bar you create in Dream Weaver, off of the too bar menu. The one that creates the Java code behind.
Thanks!

Re: NAV BAR loading
Everything you do in DW has javascript behind it (it's javascript, not
Java).
Do you mean the pop-up menu behavior, or the NavBar feature (INSERT | Image
Objects > Navigation Bar)?

Re: NAV BAR loading
Hi Murray, As the page renders, the nav bar image seems to trickle almost one
line at a time in slow motion, as opposed to other graphics on the page. I am
on a broadband connection and this concerns me for 56K users. Picky

If you would post a link to your page, then I could perhaps determine for
myself what you have done, and what the problem is....

Re: NAV BAR loading
I'm having a similar problem with navigation. I'm updating a .dwt file that will update asp files. I have tried to use a drop down menu and for whatever reason it's not showing up.

Re: NAV BAR loading
Uploading a DWT file will have no effect. Templates only have significance
when you're running DW.
