    Default Navigator scrollbar mystery

What's the purpose of the scrollbar on the Navigator palette? You'd think it would behave like the scrollbar on the Pages palette---but it doesn't seem to do anything. Could this have been an oversight?

It does behave like like the scroll bar on the pages palette. If you
scroll up or down, you can click on the page you want to go to.

Interesting. I'd never noticed the scroll bar - I only use Navigator for the
active spread. Selecting view all spreads gives me the scroll bar and,
perhaps like Andy, I find it doesn't do anything. There is no slider to grab
in the scroll bar, and the top and bottom arrows are greyed out and doesn't
    respond to clicking.

This is too weird. The last couple of times I tried it, moving the Navigator's scrollbar produced absolutely no effect. I try it again now, and it works.

Either it's an intermittent bug, or I'm working too hard.

    For everyone's sake I hope it's the latter. <g>
