Need Help:Can't Install 10.0.3 Patch
I have AI 10, Windows 2000
I can't downloaded the patch 10.0.3, unzipped and went through setup, and got through as far as licence agreement, but after I click next, as it begins to install and blue bar starts fill (indicating the installation process) it stops in the middle of it and says "Error: The return value is 35."
Anyone know what that means? Help me please.

Tom, Are you logged in as the System Administrator? Aren't you just downloading the file and then using it
