Need help importing Illustrator files...
I read the Flash help, which says to save Illustrator files as version 8 if you want to import them to Flash. I imported a test circle graphic with a gradient to see the results, and that worked fine. The file I'm now trying to import is a larger scene. Don't know if that would make a difference. But when I import to Flash, it says some of the information is missing. And the resulting graphic does indeed have information missing. Many of the colors do not make it into Flash. All the shapes are there, but most of the colors are not.
Does anyone have experience importing Illustrator files? Any advice? Known weirdness? Thanks.

Yes, lots of weirdness's.
Try exporting as a .swf from Ill. Version 9 seems to work best.
Make sure all your colors are rgb and outline fonts.
All FX, drop shadows, etc. render as bitmaps.
