Need help in frontend architecture - ASP

Eg: Lets say you have 5 labels and text boxes on your html page. Label1 TextBox1 Label2 TextBox2 Label3 TextBox3 Label4 TextBox4 Label5 TextBox5 Each textbox has different max length. I also need to do Javascript validations on these. Also need to show alert messages if some validation fails. Lets say i hard code this all in my page. Everything works fine. Eg:

Lets say you have 5 labels and text boxes on your html
    page.

    Label1 TextBox1
    Label2 TextBox2
    Label3 TextBox3
    Label4 TextBox4
    Label5 TextBox5

Each textbox has different max length.

I also need to do Javascript validations on these. Also
need to show alert messages if some validation fails.

Lets say i hard code this all in my page. Everything works
    fine.

Now assume I have 100 pages like this with common fields
    in all of those.

Now if i want to change name of labels or maxlength of 25%
of elements, I need to do manually in all the pages.

    This is the issue.

I want everything what comes on page to be controlled from
    one place.

Like all Labels, Textboxes Names, Maxlength, everything to
    come from one common place.

If i change in common place, then everything gets changed
    automatically.

Can this be done in a way which does not kills preformance
    and its easy to implement..

    Kavans.

    Kavans,

If you have groups of labels, textboxes and validation scripts that will
remain constant you could use server side includes.
