Hello, I'm new to flash so please forgive me if this is a simple thing. I'm having problems getting actions to run. I'm trying to add a perlin noise filter over my animation.
(here's the link where I saw the tutorial so you have a better idea what I'm talking about)

so I went to window>actions and copy/pasted the code that was in the tutorial but I have no idea how to run the action.
Any help would be appreciated.
