Hi there,
Long time flash user, first time poster (and accordion user).
I'm making a menu using the accordion component in MX professional. The menu
has more than one tier of menu items per main category, and the reason I'm
using the accordion is the client likes the look of it (and the effect) better
then using the tree component (though there was a great example of the tree
component acting like an accordion, and using XML to fill the menu items).
Anyway, so I figure out how to make it work good enough, by making the main
accordion menu, then it pulling in other movie clips that are accordions. Those
accordion movie clips then bring in movie clips that are my sub-menus. As I
said, it works, but here's my problem: some menus have 10 or so selections, and
some have less. So, if I size my accordion sub-menu so it will show all of the
menu with 10 items, then the one with say only 5 has a lot of extra space in it
(i.e., the accordions don't automatically resize based on the movies it's
pulling in).
Is there any way around this, or to get it to automatically resize for each
sub-menu movie??
I'm on a tight deadline and any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can see the example here:

Thanks!
