Need recomendations on reading material

In my work, we stand the real possibility of needing to
move to windows server 2003. My problem is that I have
run novell products most of the time and have not had the
opportunity to work much with the MS server products. I
am experienced in Netware from 3.12 to 6.5 and
experienced in Novell's eDir, so I am not starting as a
complete novice, I just need to know how Microsoft does
things. I am looking for some good books or documentation
and was wondering what those of you who administer MS
products would recommend in order to get up to speed. TIA

I've found Mastering Windows Server 2003 by Mark Minasi et al to be a good
text. It's very readable and gives a good introduction without missing out
too much.
