Hey all, long time no speak,

anyway, just redesigning a site I did awhile ago (you might remember, this was
my first site) and Im having trouble (the same trouble i have with al my hybrid
sites) with the design, its to top heavey - The flash nav is al complex but the
content area is al - plain, and I really need some suggestions on how to make
the two 'blend' together, both my client and I like the top of it, so its just
a matter of designing the content area around it.
