Need to figure this one out

Hey all

Looks like I'm officially the art guy in the band now.....SO I've been asked
to design something with this concept:

Specifically he's interested in all the motion in the background.

Got any pointers? I'd sure appreciate it. :)

BTW- For those who care (**cough cough coen cough**) That totally does NOT
look like Kimmy......Matter of fact, I wonder who on earth that is! Digital
compression........sometimes I feel exactly like I'm digitally
compressed.....

HSB is part of the Eye Candy 4000 suite of plugins.

Glad you like it- I'm constantly trying to figure out new things also.
