Need to install Flash Player error ?

I'm trying to use for the first time after loading, Sony's 'Picture Package'
v.1.5.1 for Handcam. Instalation seems to have gone OK, but each time I get
'Need to load Macromedia Flash Player first'. Yet I have checked and updated
both the Adobe Flash and Shockwave players. Yet still I get the message above.

Any suggestions?

I am having the same difficulty with the differnnce that mine reads that I need
to install Macromedia Flash Player. It is installed on my computer. I have
e-mailed Sony help and will get back with you when they return their answer.

It's me again. I resolved the problem by going to the site with the updates.
Here is the link. Just download the updates for your version. Your version
should be listed on the disk itself.

When I try to download the shockwave player, a message appears that states
that there was a connection error and to check my internet connection; however,
I have a fine connection to the internet. Also, when this message comes up and
a I press Try Again the same message ALWAYS comes up. I would much appreciate
someone's assistance in my dilema.

I had similar problem installing shockwave.
I switched to Firefox browser, and downloaded, then installed shockwave without a hitch!

I use shockwave flash player with Netscape browser & it works perfectly. (with IE & Opera it works awfully)

everytime i start the video producer on the p p 1.5 its say error 110? any help??
