Netscape compatibility in Pub 2003

    in 2003 the only thing you can do compatibility wise is to uncheck the
    options for PNG and for VML.
    I haven't yet done any reviews of 2003's coding in NS to offer any input.

    Thanks. Hopefully they'll add something to address this before it goes
    live.
