Default network and driver setup during debian install with only i386-cd

    hi

I managed to set it up so that the basic files are being installed but then
I am asked for further adjustment of drivers,
since I do not have a clue if I need to install any drivers for CD/HDD/net
or whatever I continue without installing anything (is there already a
    mistake)
then I am asked to configure the network but since I do not have a clue what
I need to do to set up (A-DSL) from t-online...
besides there are 2 ethernet cards in my pc both are detected but when I am
asked to choose there is no way to diffrentiate between them

I would really appreciate any help

    thx
