Default Network installation --- Is there such a thing as network licenses for photoshop or can this be done another way?

We have a win2k domain network. We have a few licenses of photoshop, but
because it's fun to use, everyone wants to have access to it. Is there such
a thing as network licensing for Photoshop, or can licenses be shared across
a network such that only 3 copies can run concurrently by using another
    method?

    cheers for any help
    Robin
