I'm running Ubuntu 5.10 and have Samba installed.

When I click on Places / Network Servers, Nautilus pops up an
"Authentication Required" window saying "You must login to access
UBUNTU" and asks for my Username: dean, Domain: MSHOME, and Password:
(none). If I type in my password and click on Connect, it pops up
another window saying, "You must log in to access dean@UBUNTU domain
MSHOME" and keeps asking for my password. Sometimes it refers to IP
address 192.168.1.101.

Why is it doing this and how can I fix it? This used to work without
the popups. Now it doesn't work at all.

If I cancel the popups and click on File / Connect to Server, I am able
to connect to a Windows ME shared directory on the network. It mounts
the shared directory and puts an icon on my Gnome desktop.
