Enable Internet Connection Sharing on XP, as described here:

Configure win 95 as an ICS client, as described here:

Connect the two computers' network cards in one of these ways:

1. With a crossover Ethernet cable, or:

2. With two regular Ethernet cables and a switch or hub.
