New AMD Logo needs a face lift.

For those in the know, AMD has just come out with a new logo, found here.

I have spoken with a the investor relations and mentioned that they really need to focus a lot more on branding, in a nutshell, I mentioned that I would post the link here and to see what you/I can come up with. I played around with the 4 color TIF file.

Being a AMD fan, I thought, perhaps if someone came up with a better look (gradient, fill, 3d) while staying close to the original, perhaps they can use it. It would have to be soon though, and who knows, they might say no anyway.

I say let,s give it a shot.
