new and updated tutorials

Hi everyone,

I've spent some time updating my tutorials, ensuring they are easy to
understand and follow, have no errors and are interesting and valuable.

I would just like to add that those tutorials really helped me get introduced
to director. Without them, I would probably never have gotten as far with
director that I have today.
