Following the initial setup, when the computer reboots you must leave the XP
CD in the drive however make sure you don't press a key at this point when
prompted or the CD will boot. Just let the message that says "press any key
to boot CD...." time out - about 5 seconds - and then setup should continue.

i can't install coldfusion 7 in my xp home edition pc

no. the poster needs to ensure that they don't press a key and allow the
boot sequence to by pass the CD-Rom.
