New to Freehand - Help with text.
Is there a way to type text in the vertical or do you have to type each
letter then align.
In illustrator it's possible with the vertical text tool.
Thanks

Re: New to Freehand - Help with text.
In FH all type goes into a text box. The box has small square on
the right side in the middle on the bottom in the middle. If you
double click on those small boxes it will set the horizontal or
vertical size of the text box. To do vertical text:
Create a text box
Double click on the right side small box
Click on the bottom right corner of the text box and drag it to
the left. You can move this to where you want the text to break.
Type your text in the box. The text will break when it gets to
the right edge of the text box but it will autoexpand vertically.
Use the Center paragraph alignment to keep everything centered
