    Default New to this!

I am new to web developing. I have dreamweaver 4 and would like to do something
like the menu bar at the top of this sites home page. Can I do that in
Dreamweaver 4? If so what would it be called? I have my books, but don't know
even what to call it so I can look it up. Please help! Thank you.

That menu is Flash. DW doesn't do Flash. Flash does Flash!

If you want to do something roughly similar to that in DW4, then read this -

    or

and here's an example you can analyze -
