New website under construction.
Hi All:
I am working on a new website and quite frankly am delighted with how it is
turning out. I'm using a pc with DWMX Studio and playing around with some
of the filters and plug ins (thank you Kaosweaver!!). This is turning out
to be one of my better looking sites. I'm just at that happy, glowing
moment and thought I'd share http://www.bobspasteuppage.com. I owe many of
my capabilities to help I've drawn from this group. Oh, BTW, feel free to
critique. Thanks!

Looks very nice. My only criticisms are:
1. I don't like New Times Roman. Personal thing. I'll get over it.
2. There's no "Home" button. I was able to get back home by clicking the
text link, but some users may not think to look down there.

Re: New website under construction.
Yes, I was aware that it was default, not specified NTR in the HTML file. I
should have been clearer. Still, I am pretty sure most non-technical users
aren't going to have those things set. I am technical, and I haven't even
changed my default IE settings. But that's just me.

ok heres what I think. I would prefer the masthead to be extended along
futher, to be inline, with the width of the page/image.
Dont mind the menu buttons, they look nice, clean and tidy.
Would it be possible to make all the random images the same size? At the
moment you have a jumping effect going-on when the images switch. Thats
pretty annoying when someone is reading the text.
Dont like the star burst that much, it cheapens the page somewhat. Maybe
you could make the points a little less prominant so its more subtle.
That would be more acceptable.
Keep at it though, with a few minor amendments here and there, its on
its way..

Re: New website under construction.
Looks really nice. I get horizontal scroll bars (PC IE 6.0 800x600).
