Newbie - animation of a button

Hello, I have a little problem with animation of a button. I want to animate
line on this button so when someone moves the cursor on the button it will
move from one point to another. I`ve used Over action, saved it as movie
clip and animated the movement but this animation repeats in infinite loop.
How can I play it only once ? (I`ve set "play once" for this line but it
doesn`t work)
