Default NEWBIE Editable body pushes left nav toolbar below it

I don't know how long this has been going on, but my colleague is having a
problem. He has a small screen laptop, and the index displays correctly, but
on his desktop monitor it won't work.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

OK - here is the best I can do with the information you have given:

    1. Get a new desktop with a larger screen
    2. Consult a medium
    3. Post a link to the page so someone can examine the code

You choose which one suits the best.... 8)

I looked at the index page, and the editable region is not present. What I
mean is, if I create a new region, it appears on the Left toolbar, not in the
    body.

    Thanks again,
PS: By the way, did consult a medium, but they couldn't find anyone who knew
    dreamweaver. hehe :)
