Newbie- How do I upload a page to www.web1000.com - Macromedia Dreamweaver

Well the title basically tells of my problem. I have never used Dreamweaver before. So I wa wondering how I upload my site to www.web1000.com. I really have no idea od how to use Dreamweaver but my site is awesome!!...

    The above mentioned web site has a FAQ page that answers everything you need to know. The FAQ page links from the index page. Also do you belong to web1000 or are you hoping they take your site. Read everything first. :)
