Hi,
I am a newbie to UNIX and want to know the following about the mkvg command.
What is best way to determine the value for the number of megabytes in

Most LVMs allow a finite number of PPs in a volume group. you need> What is best way to determine the value for the number of megabytes in

to consider how many and how big drives you're putting into your VG
plus room for expansion. These numbers could dictate a PP size
larger than the default.
The larger the PP, the larger the possible expandibility of the VG.
The smaller the PP, the finer the control you have over logical
volumes you can make in the VG. Combining the two makes it a
judgement call.
