I am soooo new to Illustrator, but I really like how the edges are so
smooth on text, I have an image of a flamingo that is a gif file and
when I open it up in Illustrator, it is all rasterized and jagged
edged. I cannot seem to smooth the edges like the text. I think this
is called anti-aliasing, but not sure. The image itself is flat and
all one color. I eventually want to apply a black stroke or outline
to it along with the text. Can anyone help me out possibly? Thanks
