NIM - create of lpp_source fails by missing packages

I defined an AIX5.1 IBM host and configure it as an NIM master

I copied the CD content from the AIX5.1-CD to harddisk for
future installation.
I´ve created an lpp_source - resource for AIX 5.1 hosts
I had no problems to install the base-OS on a standalone client under 5.1.


I copied the CD content from the AIX5.2-CD to harddisk for
future installation.

Afterwards i´ve tried to create an lpp_source from an AIX5.2 image - it
fails
with the following error.

These filesets doesn´t exist on an 5.2 installation media - on a 5.1 CD tey
exist.
Are there any ideas i can solve this problem and create an 5.2 resource and
afterwards
install an aix5.2 host with the nimmaster under aix5.1

I don´t want to upgrade

definition of the "aix52ML1full" object. This attribute is either

Peter,

The NIM master should be at the highest level of what you wish to support
from it. That means you will need to have your master at 5.2 if you want to
support 5.2 clients. Sorry.
