Default NIM -unrecognized client program format

I´ve set up a NIM Master and i tried to install
    the BOS on a Client.

I configured the BootP-IP Parameters and i´ve tried the
    ping test - OK

    Reboot

the client tries to locate the file /tftpboot/client.....

The client found the packet lists the size and after that there is
    the message

    -> unrecognized client program format

    and then nothing.

    Any ideas

Try again after you've rebuilt the network boot images for the spot.

    # nim -Fo check nameofSPOT

Might be as well to let us know what version(s) of AIX you are using and
    what type/model of RS6k

.... not sure, but I think, the boot record
on the client is above the 4 gb (?) limit

How's that work if it is failing on the netboot? Shirley the client is
not accessing the HDDs at this point.

According to my reading of the original post it is failing when the
client is trying to load the network boot image. Sounds like the image
    is "corrupt" in some way.
