No hyperlink
The help function directs my to go to "insert" and choose
"hyperlink" . These items do not exist on the tool bar,
anywhere. Whats going on? Am I missing something?

What version Publisher? In 2000, file, new, blank publication tab, web page. In
2002-03, file, new, blank web page or convert to web publication. The hyperlink
option does not appear in the insert menu unless you are creating a web page.
