No PDF Printing out of Xpress 7.02 with Acrobat 8.0
Hello
I have a running MacBook Pro 17" with 10.4.8 system with 2Gb. RAM. When I tried to print a PDF out of Xpress 7.02 with Acrobat Pro 7.08 everything works fine.
As soon as I tried to print with Adobe PDF 8.0 the job is starting but a PDF is not generated out of Xpress. With all the other Programs I have no problem to print to Adobe PDF 8.
I searched in different forums but I found no simular problem. What could be the problem.
I first have delete both Adobe PDF 7 & 8 and generate 2 new Printer Drivers. Maybe we need to wait for an Update to 8.01 for Acrobat. I am sure that this time it is not a Xpress Problem because Acrobat 7.08 Works fine!
Who is able to help me.
Regards
Gerard

Instead of going straight through the PDF port - why not generate a
postscript file and then Distill ... it will provide more feedback if
indeed you have any errors originating from Quark ...
You might try my guide for Quark 7
