No WebPage Sound REALLY!

I do not have WindowsXP and am concerned that those who do cannot hear the
sound that I embedded on page
[url]http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/richka/files/SystemsConsultation.htm[/url]! Sorry
for the incorrect previous address. No wonder spaces are bad! Why can
WindowsXP not play the sound of this html page Jake? Any knowledge would be
invaluable thanks.
