Noise Brush

A Noise Tool with customizable size and amount options. This would fit nicely into the category with Blur Tool, Sharpen Tool, and Smudge Tool. You could pattern it after Grain Surgery. Or, even expand Photoshop’s noise generation and sampling capabilities.

It would be great if it worked in reverse to reduce noise - like GrainSurgery or Gem from ASF.

May be you could be a tad more helpful in your responses since not everyone is as familiar with the forum layout as you. This should be obvious from the number of folk who haven't found the FAQ section which is directly below the Feature Requests.
