Not able to install shockwave player
Hello shreekanth from Bangalore. I am unable to install shockwave player from macromedia site. Is it a problem with macromedia server problem or webmarshal. Let me any body got the same problem or related to webmarshal,

I see that you say you're a "multimedia programmer", so I assume you use
Director. (A good number of consumers misdirect themselves into this
developer forum here.)
But your best options in this case are exactly the same as for a
consumer. Use the resources in the Shockwave Player Support area. They
walk you through troubleshooting in very clear language.

Note particularly that "how to fix almost all problems" item... unless
there is something quite unexpected there, such as a Lynx browser or
Amiga operating system, running the uninstaller before reinstalling is
the easiest way to clean out any damaged files.
