Not responding - partial upload

I am using Publisher 2003. I have a problem that just started the other day
It seems I cannot upload my complete website. It will only load the first seven pages then hangs
The first page does list all of the links but when anything over the seventh page is clicked I get a 404
It hangs just before uploading anything at page eight
Server = cox.co
Any ideas

You most likely have an object overlapping the document area (the white
page) and the scratch area (gray background).
Go thru the whole publication and correct any cases of this. Objects must be
on one area or the other, not both.

Thanks for the quick reply
I duplicated page 7 (which uploads fine) as page 8
No difference. Still hangs when loading the 8th page.
It created the link on the index page but clicking on the link gives a 'page not found' error
Maybe another idea. - I have no clue
BTW, this just started two days ago

Are you saying you reviewed the file and found no cases of the scratch area
overlap?

Yes. I have used the Design Checker and also checked each item seperatly
Nothing hangs over into the grey area
I tried to strip out all of the pictures and leave page 8 with minimal content, but that also does not seem to work
The navigation bar (left & bottom) lists the 8th page as a link on the first 5 pages only
It does not show on pages 6 & 7. (left or bottom
BTW, yesterday I even tried changing the order of the pages
Every change uploaded correctly except pages 8 and on
i.e. pages 1-7 uploaded correctly, page 8 missing
reordered and swapped page 2 and 8, page 8 uploaded as page 2 correctly but page 2 for 8 would not upload.
Before all of this started I had 12 pages and all worked fine. Now nothing from 8 on works
I have also tried to rebuild the site from scratch and upload, same thing
